To enter your pet who has gone to the Rainbow Bridge and who lived in a predominantly-dachsie home or was especially beloved of a dachsie owner on this site, please complete the form below. We have spent much time trying to make the form as easy as possible - we realise that you are grieving, and that completing something like this is not easy. We would be grateful if you would read the instructions as you go, thus allowing us to put your memorial up as soon as possible. Thank you for your assitance in this.

As you have probably noticed while browsing this site, we give a butterfly to boy dachshunds and a rose to girl puppers. For special pets, we ask that you tell us what you would like us to use for an icon other than these two pictures. Alternatively, you can suggest something you might like - a ball, a bone - and we will see if we can find it for you.
